There will be a quick 20min run through with Tom & then on to the pitch + bar will be open post training!

New to rugby and want to give it a try, seasoned player or just moving up to senior rugby? Get in touch. With the new appointment of Head Coach Tom Lavelle, this season is set to be a very exciting!

Having kept our footing in both our leagues last season, as well as establishing both a social and veteran's team, there is absolutely a place for every age and experience level.

Starts - Monday, 1st July

Continues - Every Monday & Thursday through July & August
Arrive 6.45pm for 7pm start
