Vagabonds RFC from the Isle of Man were the visitors on Saturday, and the available squad they brought were no match for the Maroons this time.
It must be remembered that Vagabonds were away from their front doors at 5am to catch a flight to the mainland. Fantastic commitment just for an afternoons rugby and the lads were a credit to their Club. I don't know the answer but it is hardly a level playing field, especially the way the division is structured this season.
However we can only play who is front of us and with Nick Roberts [pic] securing six tries , James Dickenson a hat trick, Joe Shorrock a brace and one each for Oscar Duck, James Cathcart and Nate Sewell . Adam Spencer had plenty of kicking practice with 9 conversions.

A handy enough win but a another tough Manchester trip awaits this week at Ashton under Lyne.
