Memberships pay for the running of the club: pitches, referees, kit, insurance and the clubhouse. Players join through the RFU's GMS system. Everyone else can join as a social member right here.
Which one is you?
If you play or train with any of our teams, you need a playing membership. If you don't play but want to be part of the club, social membership is for you.

Players: step one
Every player, from the U7s to the 1st XV, has to be registered to Clitheroe RUFC on the RFU's Game Management System (GMS). It is how you are insured and how you are eligible to be selected. This is separate from paying your membership and has to be done first.
Once you are registered, GMS is also where you pick and pay for your membership. Choose the scheme named in the price list below. You can pay in full, or spread it over four consecutive monthly payments.
New to GMS? Create an account with your own email address, then search for Clitheroe RUFC and request to join. Parents register each child under their own account.
Create or log in to your GMS account and register yourself, or your child, to Clitheroe RUFC.
Pick the membership from the price list below and select it in GMS.
Pay in full, or in four monthly instalments. Then download Stacky for your bar discount.
2026/27 price list
Every price here is for the full season. "Choose in GMS" is the name of the scheme to pick once you are registered. Where there are four monthly amounts, GMS takes them on consecutive months.

Men's subs sit higher than the women's because the men's league set-up means a longer fixture list and more games across the season.

Struggling to pay? Get in touch in confidence and we'll talk it through. Nobody should miss out on rugby because of money.
A player with a £150 player sponsor pays £60 less. If you pick one of the "sponsored player" products in GMS, you must contact us to tell us who your sponsor is. The sponsorship is a separate £150 payment by your sponsor; your reduced membership only stands once it is paid.
Valley Vixens sponsorships are on the Vixens page. Know a business that might sponsor you but haven't asked yet? Choose the standard product for now and we'll switch you over when the sponsorship comes in.
Your bar discount
Stacky is the club's member discount app. Register, and it gives you a QR code that we scan at the bar so your member discount goes through. Since 1 November 2026, no Stacky means no member discount at the bar, whichever membership you hold.
Playing members: download it as soon as you have paid on GMS. Social members: download it after you join here and we'll link your membership for you.
