Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is by card through SumUp, the club's card payment provider. Your order is accepted when the payment goes through and we email you a confirmation with an order reference. If a payment fails, no order is placed. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund that item in full.

Most kit is embroidered to order, so please allow time for it to be made up. We will email you when it is ready. You can collect from the clubhouse for free or have it posted to a UK address for £7.00 per order. Full details are on the collection and delivery page.

Changing your mind. For items bought online you have 14 days from receiving them to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as long as they are unworn and in their original condition. This does not apply to items embroidered or personalised for you, unless they are faulty. Email us before sending anything back and we will tell you how.

Faulty items. If something is faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will sort it out.

Player, pitchside board and match day sponsorships are a fixed price for the season or match shown. Once we have published your business name or logo on the website, the clubhouse screens or our social media, the sponsorship has started and the payment is not refundable, except where we cannot deliver what you paid for, in which case we will refund it. Each player, board position and match date can have one sponsor, first come first served.

You must have the right to use any name, logo or artwork you give us. We may decline or ask you to change artwork that is unsuitable for a family club. The club decides where boards are positioned and how sponsors are presented.

Social membership runs until the end of the season it is bought in and does not renew automatically. It gives you the benefits set out on the social membership page, including the bar discount through the Stacky app. The discount is only available once you have registered on Stacky with the same details you gave us. Membership is personal to you and is not refundable once we have set it up. All members are bound by the club's rules, and the committee can withdraw membership for serious misconduct.

Tickets are for the event, date and time shown and are not refundable unless the club cancels the event, in which case we will refund in full. If we have to move an event to another date your ticket carries over, and if you cannot make the new date we will refund you. Tickets can be passed to someone else; just tell us the new name. Any age restriction or dress code is stated on the event page.

Clubhouse and 3G pitch bookings are made through Lemon Booking, and the terms shown there when you book apply to the hire. These website terms do not cover facility hire.

The text, photographs and club crest on this website belong to the club or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links. Please ask before reusing photographs. Opponents' badges are shown for identification only and belong to those clubs.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
