After what seems like weeks of thumb (or other appendage)twiddling, the 1st XV at last seem destined to actually playing a game!
The long trek to picturesque Windermere is 'on' for Saturday. Skipper Ben 'Dover' Graves troops will be looking to reverse the close-ish 10-24 defeat by the Cumbrians earlier in the season. Though it'll be a "big ask" says the skipper "but we are desperate to play!"
Meanwhile at Littlemoor, the Cavaliers welcome Preston Grasshoppers 6th, making the short journey down the A59. Again a serious encounter is on the cards for Windy Rawstrons men, as Clitheroe still are top of the league and want to finish off the year on top.
Our referee is [again - scheduled to be] Mr. Judd Williams. Welcome to Clitheroe!
