2nd XV League set up 2013/14

The league set up for our 2nd XV has been published;

Thornton 2's and Leigh 4's have been promoted; Chorley 2's and Vale of Lune 4ths have come down to join us in 5N. Also Ormskirk 4ths have moved sideways.
