AGM - update

The AGM went ahead with little drama, and the new committee was voted in.
The main change was that of Treasurer. Our President, Colin Silcock has been operating in both Treasurer and Presidential capacities for many years, has at last been able to palm off all the book keeping onto Ian Walton.
Martin O'Connor takes control as Fixtures Sec. from Andy Moorby, who remains as Membership Sec.
