A big day of rugby at Clitheroe tomorrow
The 6 Nations on the big screen LIVE in the clubhouse continues
France v Ireland @ 2.25pm
Wales v Scotland @ 4.50 pm (the wooden spoon decider???)
If that was not enough the maroon & golds Clitheroe 1st XV will be back in action on their home paddock. With the terrible weather of late the lads have not played at home since well before Christmas.
Even more excitingly, it is the Quarter Final of the Raging Bull Bowl with Oldham 2's our visitors. Ko: 2.15pm
Clitheroe played Oldham on the opening weekend of the season and contrived to throw away a healthy lead to come away with a one point reverse. So they will have to be on their mettle on Saturday. But with a strong squad available confidence and hopes are high of a victory.
A friendly welcome, good banter, great beers, attractive bar maid....what more could you ask for???
All support is welcome and appreciated.
Meanwhile the 2's travel to Bolton to get their season back on the go.
The Clubhouse will be of course open again for the Italy v England game on Sunday - 2pm ko
