The Cavaliars travel up the M6 to visit old friends and rivals Carnforth this weekend. After just shading a victory in muddy conditions [pictured] at Clitheroe, our hosts will be itching to level the rubber, in this eagerly anticipated fixture.
With a dry track in prospect, it will be interesting just how much the Christmas excess has told in terms of fitness, and fatness of the teams!
The 1st XV again are fixture-less, but are [un]fortunatly undergoing a robust and rigourous training session at Littlemoor. Come down if you want to see grown men cry........!
****UPDATE***** Carnforth report no chance of thier pitch thawing out out for Sat - so no game again....
