Ed Hacking's new advertising strategy

Ed's now decided that he should be using his van more for advertising and has taken to blocking the local roads in and around Clitheroe to ensure a captive audience.
He brought a lane in Sawley to a complete halt earlier this week and as far as I know, the lady from the house nearby has now booked to have Ed come and look at her pipes.....
