Madrid Tour- Fri 24th to Mon 27th May 2013

Hi Gentlemen,

As many of you know Bob W, Ed Gretton (Simon’s brother) and I have put a lot of time and effort into arranging a weekend in Madrid for our next Tour. We now need to act quickly to secure the Hotel and Flights before the prices escalate. If we book in the next few days we should achieve our budget of £250 plus or minus 10%.
This will cover Hotel and flights including transfers. Therefore, if you seriously want this tour to go ahead we need £50 per person this weekend. We have purposely avoided the start of the season to ask for money so as not to clash with paying membership fees. The down side of this is the flight and hotel deals are running out!!

WE NEED £50 PER PERSON X 20 PLAYERS PLUS SUPPORTERS BY END OF WEEKEND OR WE MAY BE UNABLE TO HIT BUDGET. CALL AND TEXT EVERYONE WHO SHOWED INTEREST INITIALLY IN THE TOUR AND HELP MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

I will be taking the deposits either at this Tuesday night's training session or latest Saturday after the games!

ON MONDAY WE WILL EMAIL TO SAY IT’S BOOKED OR THAT WE ARE REFUNDING THE DEPOSITS DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST.

IT’S UP TO YOU NOW AS PLAYERS, MEMBERS AND CLUB MEN TO HELP RALLY THE TROOPS.

BEST OF LUCK!
