The 1st XV came a close second to local rivals Colne & Nelson in an excellent game at a muddy Littlemoor. Three tries to four in a game that could have gone either way, unfortunately a 17-27 reverse was final score for a hard grfting squad.
The 2nds had an excellent win over at PGH, coming out on top 12-20. Things were looking a bit bleak on Friday night with a threadbare squad. But Bob twisted a few arms and a couple of old troopers heeded the call to arms - thanks to Big Geoff & Windy, and well done to the rest of the squad.
