We are sad to say farewell to popular player Neil Baggett, who is moving back down south with work.
Joining is only at the beginning of 22-23, was soon an integral part of the squad. Neil made an immediate impact at Colne & Nelson in the first league game of the season, retiring after half an hour for a trip to get a few stiches in his bonce!
Fortunately this didn't spoil his good looks and he was soon back on the paddock.
6 tries in just seven games was not a bad strike rate for an outside centre.
So from all at Clitheroe RFC we wish Neil & family good luck in his new role.
PS: Neil is running the London Marathon in aid of the Children with Cancer UK. If you wish to contribute the link for the Go Fund Me page is ;
