Race Night - a reet good do

The Race Night on Saturday was a rousing success, wher in a packed clubhouse punters eagerly placed thier bets at 'onest Ol's Tote Table over a series of eight races.

Some were very well rewarded and others [like your correspondent] not so lucky!

Well done & thanks to Andy Moorby - Organiser-in-Chief, the Ladies who served food - Mark Curphy and Adam Penny,Oliver MacEntyre and his dumb waiter assitant Ralph[pictured], Smudge who did the raffle, the Chairman Andrew Thornber our MC for the evening and especially everyone who turned up on the night.
