Rugby Ready Course @ CRUFC on Wed 7th July

or have perhaps thought once or twice that you'd like a go at coaching to see how you'd like it, then here's your chance to start your coaching journey.
Our Community Coach, Martin Powell has arranged for a Rugby Ready course to be held at the club which means you don't have to trek off to Blackburn or Burnley.
The course is prepared to give an introduction to contact rugby focussing on teaching/coaching the necessary skills in a safe and controlled way. We will be looking at body position in the tackle, ruck, maul and moving on to lineouts and other rugby based skills. To be able to move on to do an RFU Level 1 and/or Level 2 course you must complete a Rugby Ready Course and this will be the only Rugby Ready Course held in Clitheroe this year.
