Skipton Beer Festival –
Meet at the club 10 – 10.30 for pre trip pints and the mandatory rum chasers.
We will be aiming to board the ‘Salty Dog’ at 11.30 to arrive in Skipton around 12ish where we will sample the ale in the local hostelries before heading down to the festival.
After a few hours indulging ourselves we will head back to Skipton to carry on where we left off with more ale and perhaps a visit to Bizzie Lizzie’s fish emporium.
The ‘Salty Dog’ will be moored on the main street at 20.00 for embarkation to enable us to finish the night off on the right side of the border!’
