The 1st XV host long time league leaders Hutton this weekend. [ko 3pm]Having played at their place only a few short weeks ago, Clitheroe know what to expect, but wont be fazed by the size of the task, and will be especially keen to erase last weeks narrow loss from the memory.
Hutton have just lost the one league game this season....can the maroons make it two...?
We welcome our referee for this one, Mr. Liam Woolfenden of MADRS.
Meanwhile, Windy's Cavaliers travel to Kirby Lonsdale - at last. The two previous attempts at playing this game, at Underley Park, having been frosted off.
Paradoxically the return fixture is next week -so an interesting fortnight aginst a resurgent Kirby.
