The 1st XV start 2013 at Littlemoor welcoming near neighbours Colne & Nelson.
The two clubs are far from strangers over the last few weeks, with the respective 2's playing each otrher in the league just prior to Christmas and then again in the Raging Bull Plate last week.
The 1sts however will be desperate to put the 38-6 reverse at Colne in September well to the dark recesses of thier memories and bring out thier 'A' game on Saturday.
A graudual improvement has been seen since then, and the continued upward curve of development is a prerequisite for this half of the season.
The pitch is drying out after the recent rain and by Saturday should be in good nick.
Our referee is Mr Andrew Eastick from the MADREFS.
Kick off is at 2.15pm
Meanwhile the 2's travel to Lightfoot Green home of Preston Grasshoppers. Bob's team have faced PGH twice already this season, loosing 17-36 at home in the league and winning 38-5 away in the Plate.
So an open and interesting fixture awaits the travellers.
Tatt's Bar is open as usual on Saturday for thirsty spectators. All welcome.!
