This Saturday we welcome Preston Grashoppers 6th XV to play at Littlemoor to face the unbeaten 2nd XV.
Always a toughie against the 'Hoppers, you just never know how they will travel or what calls from teams above they may have had, but it is good to see them down the other end of the A59 in Clitheroe.
Kick off is at 3pm.
Our referee is Mr. Ross Garvey from the Manchester Soc; he along with the Preston lads are more than welcome to Littlemoor.
Over the hill at Holt House, the home of old rivals and friends Colne & Nelson, is the destination for the 1st XV.
A 3-0 reverse, in atrocious conditions, at the hands of the 'Lancashire all blacks' last season will only spur the Clitheroe lads on to perhaps a more open game.
Good luck to all
