Both senior teams head off up the M6 this Saturday; the 1st XV go on up to Carnforth , whist the 2nds branch off on the M55 to Thornton Cleveleys.
It's difficult to decide which will be the trickier destination!
The 1sts having a hard time of it in the nether regions of the table visit Kellet Road, which was far from a happy hunting ground last term.
However, Carnforth are just above Clitheroe in North Lancs 2 and are seemingly just as out of form as the Littlemoor lads.
Some recent close shaves have been encouraging, they just need to reproduce the training paddock form on the Saturday.
The 2's, high flying in 5N, visit Thornton. Always strong on their own patch, Thornton should give the players a severe examination of their table top aspirations.
So 4th v 2nd in the league; a must win game to be in the mix come the season end.
On Sunday the U16's host Fleetwood their second game in the Blacksticks Blue Challenge. [weather permitting]
Kick off is at 11am and spectators are welcome to cheer on the future stars of CRUFC.!!
