The 1st XV travel to 3rd place Fleetwood 2nds this weekend, when hopefully skipper Ollie McEntyre maybe able to call on more of a full strength squad.
After the early season rich vein of form, it has been annoying for the Captain to find it so difficult to field a regular XV. Injuries happen, that can't be helped, but a tiny bit more commitment to the cause from some would help.
Perhaps the ground will be dry up on Fleetwoods broad acres for an open running game.
Meanwhile at Littlemoor, the 2nds host Garstang 3rds who lie just below us in the table. Garstang, a team Clitheroe have found difficult opposition at times, have gained some notable scalps already this term including 'Hoppers and Orrell.
Our official with the whistle for this one is Mr. Tim White, a welcome regular to the Ribble Valley.
ko is 2.15pm
All visitors are welcome as ever in the clubhouse for the match and the internationals on the big screen afterwards.
