This Saturday we are well into the winter programme. Clocks gone back; kick off times gone back, big coats on.
The 1sts grace Silcock Park this week hoping to get their season back on track. After a good start they have gone askew over the last couple of games. So they need to rediscover their mojo pronto.
Didsbury based Old Bedians RFC are the welcome visitors. We have had plenty of close games with Bedians over the years and they play a good brand of rugby.
Even though the forecast is uncertain we hope for a dry day when both teams can entertain us.
Meanwhile the 2nds travel over the hill to old friends Burnley RFC to face their 2's.Again always fun at Holden Road and it should be a tremendous tussle.
Note; both games kick off at 2.15pm
