Thursday, 1 February 2024By Roger Holmes
A busy day in prospect at Silcock Park this Saturday.
The 1st XV entertain Dukinfield RFC [2.15pm ko] in what should be a tough old mid table battle royale. Clitheroe in 7th place and Duk just 2 points and one place above.
The 2s whiz down the A59 to Lightfoot lane to face Hoppers 4ths [& next week the 5ths] again 2.15pm ko. Always a stern test at Hoppers but with good availability we should be good to go!
A small matter of the 6 Nations on TV as England open their campaign in Italy. Watch it LIVE on the big screen.
We will also have pre-game 2 x course lunch + beer or wine available for £12.50. Pre-book to avoid disappointment, contact Simon on 07790755001 to book or for more details.
