Clitheroe welcome both Carnforth & Fleetwood teams to Littlemoor this Saturday.
Old friends and rivals Carnforth are most welcome as we have not faced the Railwaymen in a competitive fixture for some years. They travel on the back of a hefty win over Crosby St Marys and are riding high 3rd in North Lancs 2 and on a run of good form.
We look forward to welcoming old and new faces back in the clubhouse.
Speaking of old faces, there is a rumour that an ex-2nd XV skipper will be in Clitheroe, only this time in Fleetwood colours! Hi Dan!
Fleetwood are a couple of places and a few points above the Cavaliers so should be a close game.
Bobs troops are beginning to show glimpses of form and just need to string it together for a full 80 mins.
Our Referees for Saturday are Mr. Neil Jones for the 1st XV and Mr. Peter Quinn for the 2nds. Both Gents from the Manchester Soc.
